Honors College Equity and Inclusion Feedback Form

If you have feedback, ideas, or have encountered barriers related to equity and inclusion within the Honors College, we want to hear from you so we can build a better and more inclusive environment.

This form sends an anonymous email to the Honors College Director (Dr. Scott Linneman), the Honors College Assistant Director (Dr. Tristan Goldman), and/or the Honors College Manager (Kate Stevenson). Please indicate in the drop-down below if you would like this form to go to a specific faculty or staff.
